£150 per month. £450 total investment in you. We are very happy to set-up payment plans to suit you too - please just ask. A 12-week online guided healing journey designed for mums just like you. This isn’t just another Programme. It’s a step-by-step journey to: 💪 Rebuilding the function of your pelvic floor ~ reduce or eliminate leaking and prolapse symptoms such as pelvic floor heaviness, bulging, dragging feeling in your lower back or vagina 🧘Strengthening your core ~ heal Diastasis Recti (ab-separation), rib-flare and say good-bye to lower back pain 💬 Gaining the support of a small, intimate group of women who understand your journey and help keep you on track 🧰 Building your own pelvic and core health toolkit ~ working with a coach who has been where you are and can support your personal journey. At the end you'll have a wealth of knowledge and exercises so you can maintain and futureproof your pelvic floor and core health forever! You'll experience: - A personalised 1:1 kick off session to assess your needs, set your goals and check your technique. 1hr - Weekly live group sessions via Zoom where you'll learn and practice together (recorded too!). 30mins - Daily short exercise flows to follow each week (10-15mins) - recorded so you can do them anytime, anywhere - A midway 1:1 progress check-in to celebrate wins, check progress and adapt for your needs. 1hr - A final 1:1 personal check-in of your technique and recap of all the positions we have learnt, chance to celebrate, reflect on your journey and provide you with next steps. 1hr This is for you if: - You’ve been living with pelvic floor issues like prolapse, incontinence, pelvic heaviness, weak core or pelvic or lower-back pain and feel ready to take action - You’ve been putting everyone else first and want a Programme designed to fit into your busy life - You feel like your tried other options like endless Kegels, support devices, pads or exercises without success - You’re lost and confused by the lack of or conflicting advice - You want expert guidance, tailored to you, to make progress without overwhelm. The weekly group sessions are generally planned to take place on Monday & Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm, however we want to be as flexible as possible with each group and there may be the option to change these based on the group's needs. Check schedule below for current plan. The three 1:1 sessions are booked on an individual basis and these can be in-person or online.
