1:1 Session - Elevate & Restore Clients
This is for clients on the Elevate and Restore Programme only.
Service Description
A bespoke one-to-one session for those on the Elevate & Restore Programme. As part of the 12-week programme you have 2x 1 hour 1:1 sessions. These can be in-person, at our Cheltenham Studio, or online via Zoom. For the April 2026 Programme we suggest booking your 1:1 sessions for the following dates: - Bonus 30min 1:1 session (for those who booked before 12th April): Anytime before 30th April - First 1-hour 1:1 session: 12th May 2026 - Second 1-hour 1:1 session: 7th or 14th July 2026 If the above are not suitable, please check the booking calendar for alternatives but contact us first to check it is suitable.
