1:1 Session - Elevate & Restore Clients

Service Description

A bespoke one-to-one session for those on the Elevate & Restore Programme. As part of the 14-week programme you have 3x 1 hour 1:1 sessions. These can be in-person, at our Cheltenham Studio, or online via Zoom. If you have opted for the 6-week, you have one 1:1 included. For the current October Programme we suggest booking your 1 hour 1:1 sessions for the following dates: Tuesday 21st October - First session Tuesday 25th November - Midway Tuesday 13th January - End of Programme If the above are not suitable, please check the booking calendar for alternatives but contact us first to check it is suitable.
