1:1 Session - Elevate & Restore Clients

Service Description

A bespoke one-to-one session for those on the Elevate & Restore Programme. As part of the 12-week programme you have 2x 1 hour 1:1 sessions. These can be in-person, at our Cheltenham Studio, or online via Zoom. For the September 2026 Programme we suggest booking your 1:1 sessions for the following dates: • Bonus Session (anyone who signed up before 17th July): Anytime between now and 24th September • Session 1: During the week beginning 2nd November • Session 2: During the first two weeks of December If the above are not suitable, please check the booking calendar for alternatives but contact us first to check it is suitable.
