Service Description

Ready to take your Hypopressive practice to the next level? This Tuesday lunchtime class is designed for those who have already learnt the fundamentals with me or another trainer, through 1:1 session(s) or our beginner group and want to maintain, refine, and advance their practice. Through a blend of Level 1 and Level 2 postures and flows, you’ll deepen your understanding of technique, explore more challenging movements, and continue building strength and function in your core and pelvic floor, while engaging the whole body. This class is perfect if you want to: • Maintain your progress and keep your practice consistent • Refine your breathwork and posture for better results • Build strength, endurance, and control through more advanced sequences • Continue improving core and pelvic floor function for long-term health and performance • Work towards feeling stronger, more stable, and more confident in your body Each class is progressive and supportive, helping you to safely challenge yourself at the right pace. With a focus on correct technique and functional movement, you’ll leave each session feeling stronger, more energised, and connected to your body. Most classes will start with some release work, fine-tuning or learning new postures and then an active flow.
