Service Description
You’ve built the foundations — now it’s time to really improve and grow. This intermediate programme is for you if you want to continue improving your core and pelvic floor so you can move, train, and live as the active woman you know you are, without symptoms holding you back. With structured progression, consistency, and expert support, you’ll keep building on what you’ve already learnt — so you can trust the process, stay consistent, and get the results you deserve and know are possible. We build on your Hypopressive foundations with Level 2 progressions, advanced movement, and supportive strength training, alongside personalised guidance and ongoing support, so your results continue to evolve and last. This is perfect if you want to: • Maintain your progress and keep your practice consistent • Refine your breathwork and posture for better results • Build strength, endurance, and control through more advanced sequences • Continue improving core and pelvic floor function for long-term health and performance • Work towards feeling stronger, more stable, and more confident in your body ________________________________________ What’s included: • Weekly 30-minute live online class Tuesdays, 12:30–1pm Progressive sessions using Level 1 & Level 2 Hypopressives, advanced postures and flows, and integrated strength training to enhance core and pelvic floor function and whole-body strength. All sessions are recorded — catch up anytime. • Monthly 30-minute 1:1 check-in with Kiera Individual support to review progress, refine technique, adapt exercises, and ensure your practice continues to work for your body and lifestyle. Online or in-person. • Monday Morning Reset – 10-minute live release session A short, guided session focused on release, nervous system support, and setting your intention for the week ahead. Live in the group/app with replay available. • Live Q&A sessions - monthly Regular opportunities to ask questions, gain clarity, and feel reassured as your body continues to change • Ongoing access to Kiera between sessions Ask questions as they arise so you’re never left second-guessing your symptoms, technique, or progress.
