Service Description

Get ready to kick start your pelvic floor and core healing journey with our two-hour whole body approach to pelvic floor & core healing workshop. This revolutionary exercise practice is an incredible way to support your body to heal postnatally and return to exercise safely (no matter how long ago you had your baby/babies). Hypopressive exercises have been proven to heal and prevent leaking, prolapse, and diastasis recti (ab separation). In this workshop, you will learn the unique breathwork, some poses, and a short flow to jump start your healing journey. This flow is then all yours to be practiced at home whenever you'd like and you will get follow up videos to support your future practice at home. We will learn about how to support your pelvic floor and core in a fun, relaxing and modern way...don't worry, it's not Kegels! It will be relaxed and informal and don't worry, there are no expectations for you to have any level of fitness! Just as long as you are over 6-weeks post vaginal delivery and 12-weeks post C-Section and deemed 'safe to exercise'. If you are bringing a baby, there will be play-mats and toys available, as well as space to feed babies whenever you need to. We know what life is like as a Mum so don't worry if you're a little late or need to skip off early!
